Is Tactiq really free right now?

Yes. During early access, every account gets every feature of every plan, free, for the next one to two months. No card is asked for.

What happens when early access ends?

We will announce billing, with its start date, on this page and by email before it starts. You have no card on file, so nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Monthly or yearly?

Both, once billing starts. Yearly costs ten months of the monthly price: two months free.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Once billing starts you can cancel from your account page and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

What about refunds?

The refund policy will be published with billing, before anything is charged.

What does "est." mean?

An estimate from a model, not recorded data. Gamma, hedging, liquidation maps and iceberg size are built from public data with stated assumptions and are labelled estimated wherever they appear. Footprint, trades and order-book depth are recorded.

Where does the data come from?

Binance public market data (trades, order book, open interest, funding) and Deribit public options data. Tactiq never asks for exchange keys and never places orders. It is not affiliated with Binance or Deribit.

Will the signals make me money?

No one can promise that. Signals are rule-based ideas, never orders, and they are in beta. Every idea is followed to its end after costs and its record is shown; past results do not promise future ones.

Which plan should I pick?

During early access it does not matter: everything is open. Pick the plan that matches what you use most; you can change it when billing starts.
