Terms of Service
Last updated 2026-10-28
These terms are the agreement between you and the company that runs Tactiq. Please read them. If you do not agree, do not use Tactiq.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Tactiq is a market-information service at this website and its apps. It is run by FinVision Pte Ltd., United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). You can reach us at contact@tactiq.pro.
These terms cover your use of Tactiq: the website, the charts and indicators, signals and alerts, the Telegram bot, the docs and anything else we offer under the Tactiq name (together, the "service"). Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your data. Our Risk disclosure is part of these terms.
By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you use Tactiq for a company, you confirm that you can bind it.
2. Who may use Tactiq
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
- You must be allowed to use a service like this where you live. Some countries restrict crypto products, derivatives or trading information. It is your duty to check, and not to use Tactiq where it is unlawful.
- You must not be barred from using the service by sanctions or other law that applies to us.
We may limit or end access to people or regions where we judge the risk to be too high.
3. What Tactiq is, and what it is not
Tactiq collects public market data, calculates measurements from it, shows them on charts and pages, and sends alerts. It also publishes rule-based trade ideas ("signals") with an example entry, stop and targets, and reviews written by software, including artificial intelligence.
Tactiq gives information, not advice.
- Nothing in Tactiq is investment, financial, legal, tax or trading advice, a recommendation, or an offer or invitation to buy or sell anything.
- Signals and reviews are general and impersonal: they are the same for every user and take no account of your goals, money, experience or risk tolerance. They are examples of how a rule reads the market, not instructions.
- We have no advisory, fiduciary or broker relationship with you. We do not place orders, hold money or tokens, or connect to your exchange account. You decide and act on your own.
- Results shown for past or demo trading are measured by Tactiq's own rules, on assumptions such as fees and fills. They are not real trades and they do not promise future results.
- Software and AI can be wrong. Where a tool was measured and found not to predict price, Tactiq says so, but a tool that looked good before can stop working.
Read the Risk disclosure. Trading perpetual futures and other leveraged products can lose all of your money, and sometimes more than you put in.
4. Your account
- Give a true email address and keep it up to date. One person, one account.
- Keep your password and any connected Telegram chat private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us at once if you think someone else got into your account.
- We may ask the owner of Tactiq to approve new accounts, and we may refuse or remove an account for any reason set out in these terms.
5. Rules of use
You agree not to:
- break the law, or use Tactiq to help anyone else do so;
- copy, scrape, harvest or bulk-download data, charts, signals or documentation by automated means, or use Tactiq to build a competing data product, feed or service;
- resell, share, republish or redistribute Tactiq data, signals or reviews, outside your personal use, without our written permission;
- get around rate limits, access controls or other security measures, or probe them for weaknesses without our written consent;
- send traffic or requests that harm the service or other users, or put malicious code through it;
- reverse engineer, decompile or copy the software, except where the law lets you;
- pretend to be someone else, or share an account;
- use Tactiq to market or sell signals, advice or managed trading to others under the claim that Tactiq endorses them.
We apply rate limits to keep the service fair. If you go over them, requests are refused for a while. We may suspend accounts that keep doing so.
6. Market data and third parties
- To keep improving Tactiq we measure how it is used: pages, features, clicks and, where it helps us find problems, session recordings with typed text and personal details masked. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected and your choices.
- Market data comes mostly from the public data of Binance and other public sources. Tactiq is not part of, run by, or endorsed by Binance, TradingView, Telegram or any other company named in the service. Their names belong to their owners.
- Data can be late, incomplete, adjusted or wrong. We check it and say when it is stale, estimated or missing, but we do not promise it is accurate or complete.
- Some layers are estimates from a model (for example the liquidation map). They are labelled. They show what a model expects, not what happened.
- The charts use TradingView Lightweight Charts, an open-source library, and we show the attribution it requires.
- Alerts can be sent to Telegram. Telegram has its own terms. We cannot promise a message arrives, or arrives on time.
7. What you put into Tactiq
Your journal notes, settings and similar content stay yours. You give us a licence to store and process them so we can run the service for you. Your journal is private to your account.
If you send feedback or ideas, you let us use them freely, with no payment or credit owed to you. Do not put personal data or anything unlawful in free-text fields you do not need to.
8. Our rights in Tactiq
We and our licensors own Tactiq: the software, design, rules, measurements, text and brand. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own use while you follow these terms. We keep every right we do not give you.
Open-source parts of Tactiq stay under their own licences.
9. Beta features and paid plans
Some features are marked beta. They are new or still being measured, and they can change, break or be removed without notice. Use them with extra care.
Tactiq may offer paid plans. If it does, we will show the price and what is included before you pay, and we will describe how to cancel. Your legal rights to a refund or to withdraw, where you have them, are not changed by these terms.
10. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Tactiq running, but it is provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free service. Data streams, hosting and third parties fail. We may change, pause or stop any part of the service, with notice where we reasonably can.
11. No warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, Tactiq is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not give any warranty, express or implied, including about accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a purpose, or that the service will be secure or free of errors. We do not promise that you will make any profit or avoid any loss.
12. Our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or any indirect, special or consequential loss, however caused, including loss that follows from relying on data, charts, signals, alerts or reviews.
- Our total liability for all claims about the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
13. If you break these terms
If you breach these terms or the law, and that causes a claim or loss for us, you agree to compensate us for it, to the extent the law allows. This does not apply where you are a consumer and the law forbids it.
14. Ending your use
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account at contact@tactiq.pro. We may suspend or end your access at once if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the service or other users. We may also end the service.
What the Privacy Policy says about deleting data applies after the account ends. Sections that by nature continue (our rights, no warranties, liability, governing law) continue too.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change matters, we will tell you in the service or by email before it applies, and the date at the top will change. If you keep using Tactiq after the date, you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using Tactiq and ask us to delete your account.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by UAE. Courts there decide disputes about them, unless the law of the place where you live gives you the right to go to a different court or keeps mandatory consumer protections that apply regardless.
Before any claim, please write to us at contact@tactiq.pro and give us 30 days to put it right.
17. General
- These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk disclosure are the whole agreement between you and us about Tactiq.
- If a part is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
- If we do not enforce a right at once, we have not given it up.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours, for example in a sale of the business.
- The English text controls if there are translations.
